Daniel Park
Director
Daniel started as a Saturday volunteer and has run the house since 2015. He still cooks on the first Wednesday of every month, and still wears the T-shirt.
Our story
In 1998, a few neighbors started a Wednesday soup night in an empty corner building. Word got around. Today Bumbleweb is home to a food share, a community garden, a homework club and a dinner that still happens every Wednesday.
The team
A small staff, a volunteer board and a lot of neighbors.

Volunteer with us
Food share and garden lead
Tasha keeps the food share shelves stocked and the garden growing. Ask her anything about tomatoes.
What we believe
We believe a neighborhood is stronger when people know each other's names. Whatever your age, background, faith or story, there's a seat at the table for you.
Volunteer, give, or simply come along and say hello.
